Since the first meeting, Lisa and Steven blew me away with their extensive knowledge of the area, impressive marketing methods and detailed plan on timeline to bring our house to the market.
From listing price, to negotiating with buyers after inspection, to recommending contractors when we needed to get repairs done, they stayed flexible when the house went on/off the market due to unforeseen circumstances and despite all this, they kept us informed and was responsive our questions.
They, including their incredible team with Kristy and Alesha, truly made a selling experience enjoyable.
This group is a ‘dream team’ to work with!!
Thank you AHG!!!!
